SING WITH ME: A COLLECTIVE MORNING RITUAL
Now is the time for collective harnessing of our strengths, energies and intentions. It is a time of many uncertainties and we can all benefit from small ways to build strength and resilience.
So let's sing! Every morning. Together at the same time (8 AM) or at whatever time you wake up. Healing happens through the vibration of singing. Singing changes our neurological pathways, changing how filled with fear we are. Let's shift what's within us and around us, for ourselves and each other!
Each morning at 8am PST, join in our choir. Sing along with one of the songs below. Sing a song of your own making. Sing whatever you want, to your heart's content. Have a song you want to add to the collection? Email me.
Thanks to my friend and sister-niece Elizabeth Hazlett-Porter for singing with me.

LYRICS
morning sunMorning Sun, Morning Sun, come my way, Come my way
Come my way, come my way, take my pain, take my pain Take my pain, take my pan, down below, down below Cool waters down below |
we are aliveWe are alive like the earth is alive
We have the power to create our freedom If we have courage, we shall be healers Like the sun we shall rise If we have courage, we shall be healed Like the moon we shall rise |
EVERY LITTLE CELLEvery little cell in my body is happy
Every little cell in my body is well Every little cell in my body is happy Every little cell in my body is well I can tell, every little cell, every little cell in my body is well I can tell, every little cell, every little cell in my body is well |
